  • How do I pay for my order?
    1. Accepted Payment Methods: We only accept major credit cards through Stripe, PP, Cash App, and Venmo. 2.   • Do you issue refunds or replacements?
    Considering the nature of our business, which involves shipping living plants in compact boxes, and the multitude of potential variables that could adversely affect the growth process between the time we send the plant and you cultivate it, we have established a robust and flexible policy for replacements and refunds. We strongly encourage all our clients to avail themselves of this policy to ensure their satisfaction. Please contact us via chat or email if you have any problems with an order you've placed with us so that we can help you find a resolution, including replacements, substitutions, and refunds. If your plants arrive in unviable condition, reach out to us via chat or email, and we can get a replacement or substitution out to you as soon as possible. If we cannot provide a satisfactory replacement we will refund you. If your plants arrive and are ultimately unhealthy, fail, or don't make it through quarantine for any reason in the first month (30 days), reach out to us, and we can get you a replacement or substitution as soon as possible or with the next order you place with us. If you are vegging or flowering out genetics you've obtained from us and face any issues, reach out to us and we can discuss a solution, including replacing the genetics with the next order you place with us. If you are looking for a refund on an order that hasn't shipped yet, reach out at any time and we will cancel and issue a refund.
  • Refunds/replacements and HLVD:
    We have a very comprehensive and adaptable replacement/substitution/refund policy. If there are any issues, just reach out and we've got your back! We regularly test all the cultivars that we source for our nursery partners and bring in from our nursery partners with TUMI Genomics. Additionally, our nursery partners test with other local SoCal labs. We screen every 3-4 weeks, and you can find several of the past results under the "clean" section of our IG.   • What is the cost of shipping clones?
    The cost of shipping is included in the price of the item. (Only clones ship free)
  • When will my order be shipped?
    After payment confirmation, your package is typically shipped within one business day.
  • What shipping method do you use?
    PTG ships using USPS Priority Flat Rate (2-Day) Delivery, which normally takes 3-4 business days to arrive to it's destination. Live plants will be carefully placed inside a molded clone mailer, fastened, and heavily padded with bubble-wrap before being placed inside a shipping box with more padding, as needed. Seeds are shipped in bubble envelopes. In our experience, this method has proven more than sufficient for mailing live plants across the country utilizing our packaging methods.
  • Do you offer expedited shipping?
    The expense of USPS 2-Day Delivery/Express Delivery is not cost-effective because delivery time is the same as a parcel ordered via Priority. With that said, if it would give you peace of mind for us to send it with Express/Next Day Air shipping please select the shipment option. And additional $75 will be added to your balance in your payment to cover costs. We choose the fastest alternative available that doesn't go over budget (some overnight shipments cost $100+ to ship).
  • Will my plant survive the journey?
    We make every effort to ensure that your plant arrives on time, healthy, and in good condition. Unfortunately, once the package has left our possession, we have very little control. Due to various factors that can cause delivery-delays, we carefully prepare and box all clones for the lengthy travel, with several clones and cuts surviving a 14-day journey.
  • Do you ship Internationally?
    Yes! ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Please check your email for the FINAL Shipping & Handling cost. You must pay the full balance before your order is complete. International Shipping Costs are determined based on the final destination of the package. For example, the minimum for even the closest international destination (Canada or Mexico) is at least $100 USD as we ship in 12" x 6" x 6" or 12" x 9" x 9" boxes. Packages going to farther destinations (Italy or Spain) can cost upwards of 300 dollars depending on how many clones you purchase. I If provide us your delivery address we can run it through our shipping logistics and get you the total cost for your international shipment. PTG is not liable for any seized packages or additional expenses associated with cross-border shipments. The recipient must understand and operate in compliance with their local and federal rules, as we encourage all customers to follow the laws established by their country, state, province, or local municipality.
  • When will my order be shipped?
    We ship every Monday. Once your order is complete, you will receive a tracking # the following Monday. By Tuesday, your order will be on it's way to you.
  • How much do your clones cost?
    In general, we charge a simple flat rate for our clones: Well Rooted Clones - $150-195 USD New/Rare Cultivars - $200-250 USD Limited/extremely rare - $250+
  • Do you accept trades?
    We absolutely do give trades if you have access to one of the cuttings or cultivars we're looking for. However, we have a small quarantine/intake tent and can only take a few trades per quarter. Please contact us directly or use our Live Chat to inquire.
  • Do you sell fresh unrooted cuts?
    Yes! We offer cuts of our healthy Mothers if they are available. The price is generally 3 cuts for the price of 1 well-rooted clone of the same type. Inquire for details.
  • What is the difference between Breeder/Producer-Direct clones and PTG clones?
    In general, we offer two types of rooted clones: DIRECT - We acquire our clones from nurseries like CLTVTD, Dark Heart, Purple City Genetics, and Derrick Green Dragon. Before any plants are shipped, they are transplanted and given time to establish strong, robust roots. Because they've been acquired directly, they are generally more expensive. PTG CLONES - Clones and cuts that come from our Mothers contain the same lineages as the producer-direct clones. Using a Griffin's tek, our cuts are grown in an aeroponic cloner using CloneX + HormeX. Our system promotes a strong root system and because these clones aren't direct from the nursery, we sell them at a lower rate. And because our system fosters robust roots, our clones are often stronger, travel better, and are ready to work sooner than producer-direct clones.
  • Note about Clone Availability:
    Clones and cuts are subject to availability. We make every effort to keep our inventory current. A replacement can be provided in 7–21 days if, by chance, the purchased clone becomes unavailable. If the time frame is unacceptable, we will be happy to arrange a refund.
